Presets

Presets are previously programmed settings or parameters for synthesizers and effect processors. Preset files are utilized by loading them into the host application after which they can either be used as they are, edited or overwritten by the user. Van Derand preset libraries are always titled accordingly, to avoid any confusion on compatibility. Presets are named according to the nature of the sound in following fashion:

AR (Arpeggio), BA (Bass), BR (Brass), DR (Drum), KY (Keys), PD (Pad), PL (Pluck), SQ (Sequence), SY (Synth), TX (Texture).
